This plate is made from a paste of circle quilling on the plate already plastic cover.Before it i make colorful quilling from book paper with food colored.Paste of quilling until quilling covered of plate.I used many of quilling.
Food color is very limited in color ,some color i get from a mix of color and i also used some color in one of the quilling circles.
