Bread and how make crunchy bread use cast iron

 Hello,how are you today?.Today ,time for a comeback to a tutorial to make something.I will make bread for stock one week.I make the bred use cast iron.For information i used cast iron and lid for make it. I bought one set.

Bread from cast iron more and crunchy  outside and more longer keep.

I use traditional brown sugar.

Handmade bread 

Mix flour and sugar until sugar is smooth,mix with flour.

Yeast 

Add 1 tablespoon of yeast,mix with flour.

egg 

Add two egg in the flour and mix them 

Mix flour 

Mix egg and flour until it's even.

Bread dough

Add water until you have not sticky dough.

fermentation

Time for rest.cover the pan and wait for one hour.

Stone 

Time to make an oven with cast iron.I add some stone in my broken pan and heat on the stove with medium fire.

If one hour offers.Add a small cut of butter in dough and mix them.Make small ball of dough.If stone ready hot put the cast iron on the top of stone .

Cast iron 

Wait for the moment until cast iron a little hot.Put dough and reduce hate.

bake with cast iron 

Put the dough at cast iron and close with a cast iron cover.For a moment the lid of cast iron will be watery.Just open the lid and wipe off the water.Wait until the dough outside crust and finish

This bread has a crust outside and is very smooth inside.

Ingredients:

*1 kilograms high protein flour 

*2 eggs

*300 grams of brown sugar 

*50 grams of butter 

*water 

*sesame 

1 kilogram gets 17 or 18 of bread

Hi.halo.Long time  not sharing about our natural product.Make natural projects are more challenging for me.Because i'm not add  chemical color for the material and i must be sure good color of material.So this is rose corn husk frame.But this is special frame.

I experiment to make the frame very light but strong and without paint for color.I make a plate for molding the frame,and this is a recycled paper plate frame.The black color i use ink.I colored the paper first with ink.Why i choose ink for color?

Ink is more sustainable than paint and ink color more soft black then paint will be perfect for natural color flowers inside.In the future all of my frame product not will be used paint.I will be just used natural color,food color and ink or some natural material paste for at the frame.Like pumpkin seed husk for the color frame .You can see on etsy

Recycled paper frame

I still have one frame product with paint on etsy and i admit it was a mistake.For this frame i make black paper first and tear a small tear and past the paper at the plate and this is back side frame.I try make just one side black color paper,very unique combine black with the original color paper.
