Hello,how are you today?.Today ,time for a comeback to a tutorial to make something.I will make bread for stock one week.I make the bred use cast iron.For information i used cast iron and lid for make it. I bought one set.

I use traditional brown sugar.
Mix flour and sugar until sugar is smooth,mix with flour.
Add 1 tablespoon of yeast,mix with flour.
Add two egg in the flour and mix them
Mix egg and flour until it's even.

Add water until you have not sticky dough.

Time for rest.cover the pan and wait for one hour.
Time to make an oven with cast iron.I add some stone in my broken pan and heat on the stove with medium fire.
If one hour offers.Add a small cut of butter in dough and mix them.Make small ball of dough.If stone ready hot put the cast iron on the top of stone .
Wait for the moment until cast iron a little hot.Put dough and reduce hate.
Put the dough at cast iron and close with a cast iron cover.For a moment the lid of cast iron will be watery.Just open the lid and wipe off the water.Wait until the dough outside crust and finish
This bread has a crust outside and is very smooth inside.
Ingredients:
*1 kilograms high protein flour
*2 eggs
*300 grams of brown sugar
*50 grams of butter
*water
*sesame
1 kilogram gets 17 or 18 of bread
